Order Process
Kindly consider your order carefully, as once it is submitted, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds.
Quotes issued by Raffine are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issuance.
After this period, the quote will be deemed invalid. Please be aware that we are unable to reserve stock for quotes.
For new orders, the validity period is also 4 days from the date of issuance. After this timeframe, your order will be considered invalid and will be canceled if payment or remittance has not been received to confirm the order. We allocate stock to orders based on the date of payment, not the date the order was initially placed. We are unable to reserve stock for unpaid orders.
