Shipping policy
Order Processing
•      In-stock items dispatch within 10 business days of your order being placed and paid.
•      Orders containing a mix of in-stock and pre-order items are held and dispatched together once all items are available, unless you request a split shipment.
•      Pre-order items ship by the end of the indicated arrival month. Estimated arrival dates depend on global supply chains and production schedules and may change — we'll notify you by email of any updates.
•      If your order is split for dispatch, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Australia only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delivery Requirements
•      A street address is required for all deliveries — we're unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
•      Please notify us of any address changes before dispatch by emailing info@raffine.au.
•      If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a redelivery fee may apply.
•      Additional freight charges may apply for remote locations or large/heavy items — we'll quote these before dispatch where possible.
•      Delivery is confirmed once a signed receipt or delivery docket is obtained. If you're unavailable, the courier will leave a card with re-delivery instructions.
Domestic Delivery Options
Standard Courier (Boxed Freight): Ground-floor delivery only, no assembly. Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane metro: 1–10 business days. Other areas: up to 14 business days.
Sydney Metro Hand Delivery: Delivery to your door for furniture within the Sydney metro area. Our warehouse team will contact you to arrange a delivery date (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm).
Premium Delivery: Dedicated two-person service for larger or fragile items (ground floor, unboxed). We'll contact you within 5 business days of dispatch to arrange a date; delivery follows within 12 business days.
White Glove Delivery: Two-person delivery with assembly and packaging removal, quoted based on order size. We'll contact you within 5 business days of dispatch; delivery follows within 12 business days.
Couriers and delivery staff do not relocate existing furniture or clear obstacles within your home — please ensure a clear path to the delivery location. Hand trolleys may be used where needed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight and delivery location. Orders to remote areas or with large/heavy items may incur additional freight contributions, which we'll confirm with you before dispatch.
Custom-Made Orders
•      Lead times vary by product and are confirmed by email at the time of order.
•      Delivery is via Sydney Metro Hand Delivery or White Glove Delivery (fees quoted per order), or by arranging your own collection with 48 hours' notice.
•      Our transport partner will contact you approximately 10 days before delivery to confirm arrangements.
•      If your order is ready but you're not yet able to receive delivery, a storage fee of $125.00 per week applies.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact info@raffine.au within 24 hours of delivery with your invoice number and photos of the product, the defect, and the packaging. See our Returns & Warranty policy for full details.
